Our XIANZHO full face respirator is an ergonomically designed gas mask made of food-grade elastic silica gel. It features a soft, comfortable, and durable construction with a full-face sealed design. Soft silicone gaskets ensure excellent air tightness, and the adjustable headband can be customized to fit most adults.

The respirator utilizes a dual filtration system, including a 60926 particulate filter element made of high-precision activated carbon material combined with electrostatic filter cotton. This efficient filtration can effectively remove 99.97% of organic vapors, chlorine, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen fluoride, dust, acetone, formaldehyde, and non-oily particles from the air.

The polycarbonate large screen windows provide anti-fog and anti-scratch functions, and the dual filtration system can block 99.97% of particulate matter such as formaldehyde, organic vapors/gases, smoke, pollen, and dust. This makes the respirator an ideal protective solution for various work environments, including welding, sawing, polishing, graffiti, and painting, where harmful dust particles need to be prevented from entering the respiratory tract.

In terms of compatibility, the gas mask set includes a 40mm activated carbon filter and a 60926 activated carbon filter, both of which can be used to prevent dust, gas, steam, and chemicals. The connection port design is universal, compatible with the 2091, 2097, 6001, and P-A-1 series particle filters, ensuring flexibility in future filter replacements. The respirator body itself can be reused after cleaning.

Suitable for work areas containing chemicals, metals, paint, formaldehyde, and other irritating vapors, our full-face gas mask with its dual filtration system provides comprehensive protection against a wide range of harmful substances. It is also effective in preventing dust particles generated during mechanical work such as welding, polishing, and graffiti.

As for the filter box replacement, it is recommended to use the filter for no more than 210 hours. Whenever you detect the presence of harmful substances, immediately leave the work area and replace the filter in a safe environment. It's important to note that the filter box cannot be washed with water.
